Received a call from this number on my cell phone. When I answered, there was no response on the other end.

Both my home phone and my cell phone are on the "do not call" list, but the increasing number of marketing calls on both numbers indicate that the list might as well be scrapped. Telemarketing businesses who ignore the list and the law have found ways to get around the rules. Today's technology make these callers impossible to locate.
