Worked with these "scammers" before. They figured out how to get $500 out of working stiffs (realtors) by paying them $80 six months after they do the work. Of course by this time people give up trying to collect from these Colorado hucksters. Remember, forewarned is forearmed. Don't fall for it no matter what they offer you. It will never amount to anything worth your time. I should know. I took 2 of these. Big mistake.
