Who called from 3039930167

According to our local police this is a scam to get you to a) say "YES" (hello are you there? can you here me?) and b) get your credit card info. With you voice recording of YES and your credit card, there is lots that they can buy

Don't ever answer unknown callers. They are always a scam.

I received a call also from this number. I don't answer unknown numbers but my husband did when I was out of the room.  Should I be worried?

How do they get your credit card info?

Just got this call but I did not answer.  I get so many unknown numbers calling me every day and way out of my state.  For instance,  New York, California, Iowa, Pennsylvania and Georgia and now Denver, CO again.
