I have gotten calls like that as well. Some voice recording saying they need to serve papers or something. I block that number then a day or so later the same voice recording same women calls from a different number! Wht the heck??!!

347-304-9009 / 347-305-4165 / 347-535-0827 all keep calling me. when i answer or listen to the voicemail, it's a pre-recorded message from the I.R.S. stating I or my hired attorney need to contact them immediately about a time sensitive issue before they take action on me. I do not owe the I.R.S or have any outstanding issues. These calls are multiple times a day. All the same. cannot opt out or have your number removed. after recorded message is over, the phone just hangs up
Got a call from 304, they left a message with a call back number of 800-598- --98. They mumbled two of the numbers, they said they were from my bank. After doing some research GOD told me that if it was my bank their number would show, in my caller ID not just 304
