Caller was acting out a role in a scheme to take money from my parents. Story line was that a cousin was in Canada and had gotten arrested and needed bail money to get back into the US. Other names and roles in the plot were a Dean Sanders (case worker) at the Francis Fort Holding Facility in Montreal and Mary Ellis (bondsmen) and money to be sent via Western Union routed through London England. A person using this number returned a call to my parents 2 hrs later asking why the money hadn't been sent. It's unclear if a person was in waiting to rob parents of the sought after $3100.00 in cash at the local Western Union location (plotters identified a near by Western Union location after they ask if my parents knew where one was). The plotters did not give sufficient delivery information for the Western Union dispatch. This person threatened to arrive at my parents home with intent of physical harm. Local WV county Sheriffs office was informed.
