This number called and the woman said I could win 25000 if I take the survey. So she transferred me to the surveys, I took it and then it went back to her. She said I have won a $100 gift hard to target or Walmart. Then she transferred me to a man after she got my email address. When I told him I didn't have a bank card, he called me a liar and said he has the card number and is going to charge it anyway. I told him it is fraud to use someones card without them knowing. He asked why I'm getting so mad if it isn't mine. He is using my name, address, and phone number with card that isn't mine. I told him I'm going to hang up and call the police. He then told me that they can't do anything because they can't find him. When I started to 3 way the police, he hung up immediately. The last 4 of the card number is what he told me. All I could understand was 37 something. I told him a million times that I don't use plastic, I use paper. He kept calling me a liar. He said, "Quit lying to me!" It's a WV number, but it's for a survey thing. They're a scam because when you tell them you know it's a scam, they tell you you can't enter now.
