Because of caller ID spoofing (faking) your caller could be anyone, anywhere in the world. If you have no family or friends in another City/State its best not to take, or call back, phone numbers you do not know.
I answered the phone and got a recording...this is Brook, can you here me okay?....I have recieved this call almost daily and hang up as soon as she asks if I hear her.
