If 304-289-7889 continually keeps calling annoying and/or harassing you, try contacting the indicated telephone company (at either their business telephone number or business address) to file a complaint with their Customer Service Department about receiving such unwarranted and bothersome telephone calls. (Note: When calling, make sure to get the telephone company's employee's name handling your complaint, their direct call-back number or extension, and their Compaint ID number concerning your notification and filed complaint for any future follow-up action on the matter).
I just received a phone call from them, they wanted to lower my credit card interest rate. When I asked her how she got my phone number she hang up on me, I called my credit card company and they said my number they called isn't even listed on file, and that they are most likely scamming people out of their money.
