I received a call from 3043823432 which said they were calling about my CC account and that there wasn't a problem with it.  I held for a customer representative and asked to be remove from their calling list and the guy got violent, threatened me physically, used vulgar language and I hung up on him.  AT&T said there was nothing they could do about it, although my cell is through AT&T.  Has anyone else experienced this?  And what can I do about this?  My 2 kids have phones on my account.  I do not want them threatened the way I was or talked to that way.
