and saw they wanted a charge for info . i did look up the church hurricane bible its in west va.and it does give the address and every thing about it . they did share the gospel with me which was great , but i am wondering why they gave this other number instead of their church number. something is not right?? what do u think???
How silly... And Liz, you have GOT to be kidding, you really think they are for real??? And it is NOT "great" to have fundamentalist bible babblers shoving themselves down someone's throat without permission: that is basically spiritual rape. They aren't real. They are looking for money, like any televangelist (translate: scammer). That is why churches try and rope in newbies and ask for donations: they need revenue, like any other business, and need to expand and con new suckers to get it. I got home, saw it on CID and listened for a while, for amusement. He sounded like an old-timey preacher on a radio show in the 1920's during the depression. It bored me after a minute or two and I erased it. This is my first religion scam call. It kind of reminds me of Burt Lancaster in "Elmer Gantry," actually.
