con't getting calls from this number..it is almost 9pm and they just called again

Person asked for has not lived here in over 5 years.  I asked how they got the name.  "Sorry I can't answer that."  I asked if it was a robot call,  "No, you are talking to a live person.  I am just using a computer."  I asked how was my number connected to the person asked for at the beginning.  "Okay, I will add you to our do not call list."  I called the number back and was given a menu from which to select.  When I selected to talk to a representative, I was asked to leave aname and number and message.

I've been called three times within the last 4 hours. The caller ID shows, UTD CANC SUP FD.
