We have received automated calls from this number offering to lower our interest rate on our credit cards. Did not respond. Just received another call from this number and did not answer it. Isn't this illegal? How are they getting our numbers? They know our names.

Bogus message, number (304) 445-5490 was disconnected when I called back. Call the police and complain. When I asked the name of the bank they were calling for, the man at the other end hung up.
