Its a telemarketer recorded message saying  there is no current problem with your credit card, but you are eligible to lower your rates.  Press 9 to speak to an agent.

ID said wireless caller.  A recorded message about credit card; lower my rates.  Sounded like a scam.  Did not answer as message went to my answering machine.

Received a call from this number and did not answer. Called back and cut off right away.
