Received a call form this number this morning. No message left. Caller ID said JAK where the caller name should have been. I checked and the number is a landline out of Charleston, WV, but I could not find out anything more without having to pay a fee. My guess would be a telemarketer or a "donation chaser", but I have no way to be sure of that. I sure am glad that we have the answering machine! We get so many calls where the caller hangs up when the machine picks up the call. I know those guys are trying to sell something, get a donation or run a scam.
