Calls a couple time a week, asks for someone and when told "You've got the wrong number," they hang up and call back again in a day or two. Number tracks back to a disconnected number in West Virginia.....
We get the calls repeatedly. The person asks about a medicine that we are taking. The person (always with an accent - usually Indian) even names a medicine. Nothing ever applies to us. We tell them over and over that we know they are a scam and that they will never get any money out of us and that they should stop calling. A few days later, they call again. We have talked to the phone company and they want us to go to the police and file a report. I considered the phone company useless in this situation. We are considering getting rid of our land line and using our cell phones exclusively. What a frustrating situation!!!!!!
this number has called for about a month a couple times a day, there is never anyone there. When I try to call back minutes later is says disconnected. Lets all try to put a stop to this nonsense... here is the link to file a complaint with the FCC. https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do
