this number keeps calling me, i dont know who it is and would like to find out

I didn't answer, not familiar with anyone from West VA and they left no message.

Got a call at 11:30am and didn't answer.  They waited for the answering machine to finish before they hung up.

Called my home. When I answered, no response.  Tired of these calls.  Know no one from W. VA.

Got a call from this number when I was out.  No message. I am from West Virginia, but I have no idea who this is.  I agree with those who commented previously--this is annoying.
