Keep getting calls and the only thing that shows on caller ID is +3046. The person has a strong Indian dialect And quickly says the company name (something like Quality Estimators). When I say I'm not interested and to remove my number from their database they say they are not selling anything. Has anyone else received calls like this? If so any idea what it's about?

I get the same number calling me atleast 3 times a day but as soon as I pick up it hangs up. My phone carrier said they can't block it since it's not an actual number. I don't know what to do
