The person left a voicemail stating that they are calling on the behalf of the state of Michigan. I'm not about to answer the phone call nor return the call unless more information is provided in a voicemail including, but not limited to nature of call and who they are. If it is a Michigan matter, then a Michigan person should call.
I got a call from this number at 7:45PM last night. The male left a voice mail. The voice mail said the call is from State of Michigan. The caller ID showed it was from Racine, Ohio. Neither he identifed himself nor he said whom the call was intended for. Called back this number, no one answered the phone and there is no voice mail set up.
