Who called from 3046219949

I just got a call from this number. It was a guy with foreign accent and he was really creepy.

keep getting calls from this number about every 4hrs each day really disturbing and annoying When first they  called tried to get some info but i told them wasnt interested but they  still call and dont say anything that is creepy,

They call several times a day, which is annoying, and never leave a message and I don't answer because I don't know who they are.

I recieved a call from this number. They neexed me to leave a message and tell them my cell number. Didn't they know my cell? I mean they called my cell so they already had it. It was creepy and sorta stupid. Dont answer this number if they call their for sure scammers.

Don't want to hear from them again
