Fortunately I have this little app on my phone that does reverse lookups... it also has a button to send all future calls from any particular number to voicemail so that the phone never rings for that number. I use it often these days....but I would have to deal with a lot more of these calls if I didn't have it.
I think the name of the app is Reversi or something like that
