Spam SMS for prizesonmobiles.com -- do we need to institute the death penalty for spam to get it to stop?  Nothing else seems to work.

The domain registrar is namecheap.com, owner is hidden, domain is new as of about two weeks ago.  Namecheap is not the villain (necessarily) -- a POLITE notification of abuse by their customer will hopefully get this idiot shut down.
