This number calls 3-6 times a day. When I answer they say nothing and hang up. What is the point of calling someone who does not say anything? So annoying, I keep my phone off now thanks to this jerk and others like him.
Got a call from this number and didn't know it but I answered anyway and they hung up on me. I don't know anyone in West Virginia. I tried calling it back and it said that the number was no longer in service. Really as soon as they hung up on me I called right back and it said that.
Called today at around 6 p.m. I man with a hispanic accent asked, "Is this Michelle?". To which I responded, "No but this is her father." He then muttered, "Oh, OK, ummmm" and hung up.

We got a call from this number today. The guy said that he was from US Government Grants and had a very thick Indian accent...so much so that we needed to ask him to repeat his information several times. My husband knew it was a scam and started to question him. He said, "You are calling from a call center in India." The guy replied "India....What's India.....there's no state of India!" Please please please do not give these people ANY of your information. They are in no way affiliated with the government....they are thieves.
