My wife received a call from this telphone number on her cell phone number requesting to speak to Mister **** (me). When wife asked who was calling the woman said it was a personal financial matter and needed the last 4 digits of the MR's social security number before we could discuss any more.....then wife asks who is calling and the woman says Eckhart (???) Financial Services. She hands the phone to me saying this company is wanting your last four of your social...check them out...I answer and the person hangs up.
When I call the number back the female representative insisted that my number was dialed in error....Since when did numbers are dialed in error have a person requesting for to speak to the person by the CORRECT name? As I said the number came in on my wife's cell phone they asked for me...I am not listed on her phone in any way which is what made my wife question the call to begin with. BEWARE!!!
someone called me a few times from this #, I called back yesterday to try and figure out what sort of company it was. They just called me and when I answered they knew my name and my address and wouldn't let me know why they were calling except to say "Make sure you don't call here again". I am freaked out to say the least.
I a call and the man kept saying he was sending "the paper" on a trial. I kept saying we didn't want it and he kept insisting it was a trial and would send it. I refused so tried just for the Sunday paper with I also refused so he got angry and yelled "fine!" and hung up.
