Caller Id indicated "UNKNOWN NAME".  Did not recognize the number so I did not answer.  No message left which normally a dead give away for a solicitation or scam.  There must be away for the Phone Companies to screen and eliminate any Caller ID that is spoofed, unknown, or just a call from a State...Make America Great Again...Did not used to have this problem.  I have an unlisted phone and am registered on the DNC list.  There may Lie the problem...Government!
