Left a voicemail with a beep then hung up. They don't quit calling.

Just received a new cell phone.  I did not pick up since I did not know the number.  No message left.  After reading this, I'll block the number.

I win cruises from this number. LOL

They ask CAN YOU HEAR ME?

If this happens, make sure you don't say "yes." They're reportedly capturing people's voices saying the word yes, so they can sign them up for things. Their recording of your voice saying "yes" supposedly allows them to scam you. So just reply with "I hear you."
