This person texts my daughter constantly. they say there name is will, but he wont talk on the phone with anyone. Now a girl from this number is talking on the phone with my daughter. Until i just blocked it. I thikn it is a girl impersonating a guy. This is an At&t cell number, although there are numbers in parkersburg with the same exchange. would really like to know the true identity.
