Received call and usually don't answer numbers that I don't recognize. She said that her name was Rachel and the call was in regard to my credit card. I hung up at that point.
I just got this call also asked if i wanted to lower my card rate and i told her that i was on the no call list and she said ok but would you like to lower your card rate! i then said i told you im on the no call list! plus i do not have a card.then she hung up.
