This number has called my cell phone multiple times in the past month. When I started answering the calls a recording would come on about how they could lower my interest rate on my credit card, and to press 9 to talk to a representative. Every time I've tried talking to a rep they have hung up on me. When asked to be removed from their to call list, they hang up on me. Last night when they called I asked the man who answered which credit card company they represented, and he mocked me. Honest to god his answer to that was "what credit card company do you represent?" and before I could ask yet again to be removed from their call list he hung up on me.
Since they refuse to identify themselves I can only figure that it is a scam.
automated call: transfers to a person claiming they represent my bank, though do not know the bank they are working for. Also, claim they are able to lower my interest rate on multiple cards. The guy said he was in Illinois but the 305 is Miami.

Very rude, will hang up if you ask they any questions like "what is the name of your company? Will you please stop calling me? They call twice a week, usually in the afternoon. RUDE, and eating up my minutes!
