I just Googled this number, and though I haven't been able to locate the company, there are two other comments on another site from people who got the text last night. They are the same as me, no mortgage problems, don't know how they got my cell number. The message sent was, "Are you having a hard time paying your mortgage? Do you need help restructuring your mortgage to get a lower payment? As low as 2% interest rate! If so, reply HELP".
