Indian lady with accent called and told me that my computer information has been hacked, she can help me. I don't know what she actually wanted from me?
She was lying to you to gain access to your computer and get anything you keep on it along with hopefully scam you out of money! The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!
"senior technician" came on after a "technician" told me my computer was being used for robot phishing attacks. He wanted me to load and run a website he said would fix things.....both sounded Indian in speech.
