Dude...what the heck. I'm sorry for the huge inconvenience but why on earth did you do this? Who takes anyone who cold calls up on anything!?!
If you didn't walk into a building, sit down and apply for a loan with a financial adviser, how on earth did you think this was going to end? And how on earth did you validate their authenticity before starting the process and giving them your credit card info?
Did the deal sound so amazingly too good to be true that you just had to take them up on it?

I don't usually answer unrecognized numbers, but I did this one. The caller had a high-pitched whiny voice and said the corners of the building were the problem, without support like the mid-sides. I asked who he was and how he got my number. He ignored the question, stated my name, and asked about an engineering thesis I'd submitted in graduate school. There were multiple clicks on the line and his voice slid up an octave and became incoherent. The call now sounded like a shortwave radio broadcast, like it was being delivered by ham transmitter from far away. There were a several modular squeals and the line went dead with fading crackle sounds.
I just got a call today, 2/19/2016 from 305-602-9439, i didnt answer and they didnt leave a message. Ill just block their calls, no need to waste time with a bunch of leaches.thank you all for your info here.
