Called me with a predictive dialer and recording. When I pressed 1 for more info, they idiots didn't even have anyone to answer for about two minutes. Claimed to be "Great Atlantic Warranty" peddling extended car warranties. Hung up when pressed for details.
Net search suggests that not only do they illegally telemarket, but they're a complete scam operation that rips you off.
I answered and the recording stated that I could press 1 for more information about their warranty or press 2 if I had already taken care of "it". I pressed 2 and hung up. I'll see if they call back. Funny, I have received another call (from Coranado, Ca) with the same premise and mechanics but the recording was definitely different. Hmmm.....
