****UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI????
I RECEIVE PHONE CALLS FROM THIS COMPANY AT MY LAW OFFICE ON A REGULAR BASIS. NO ONE EMPLOYED HERE HAS EVER GONE TO OR DONATED TO THE UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI. WE HAVE ASKED THEM, WHEN SOMEONE ACTUALLY DOES GET ON THE LINE, TO STOP CALLING.
I somehow got on that pharmacy telemarkters list in India and they've been calling 8 times per day for over two years. I put this on my answering machine:
"This is Ben. I got on some pharmacy telemarketers list in India and they have been calling over 8 times per day for over two years. I wish those guys would get a job. Anyway, I don't answer the phone anymore so please leave your number".
Sometimes when I'm expecting them to call I forward my phone to the India consulate general that I got of the India Embassy site (212)774-0601. That stopped one of them.
Same as the other complaints, continue to receive calls from 1-305-284-5936 on my cell phone. When I pick up, no one answered and when I let it go to my voice mail no one left a message.
This number appeared on my called ID. When I pressed redial, a message said this is a non working # at the University of Miami. As a graduate of the U of M, I assume they are asking for a donation. They should have left some type of message. I wouldn't have given them any money, but they should have left a message! Very annoying.
daily calls for the last 2 weeks at various times. Its a university of Miami #. They never leave msgs. I guarantee it is soliciting money. I will donate money after I finish paying off my 90,000 in student loans. Probably in 60 years.
