Getting texts from this random number asking to chat. Have been several just like from other numbers. Any reason why?

Also getting texts to chat.

Got a text this morning asking to chat...asked who it was and got no answer...strange!!  

Got this text but it was sent from [email protected] (t-mobile's email-to-text server):
