BEWARE! Trying to get personal information*****Received a phone call every morning For The Last 2 months! Always asking for a Charles. Today (Saturday) I get 3 calls. The first 2 my fiancé answered an rudely told them there is no Charles here for the 30th time & to please put this # on the D.N.C.List. The 3rd call I decided to answer it & maybe try to kill em with kindness. I asked for their full company name&the person I was speaking to an his employee ID#. He told me the company name is VA AUTO LOANS & told me his foreign name. I explained that "We have received many calls from you & there is no "Charles Hastings @ this #." The calls have become very very disruptive & I am in no need of an auto loan. So please do not call this # again. I would greatly appreciate it." He proceeds, VERY NICELY, to apologize & then ask me for MY name. I make up a fake first name of course an then questioned why he asked. He then asks me for my FULL DATE OF BIRTH & THE CITY/STATE I LIVE IN!!! (Whaaaaat??) I told him right away there was no need to give out that information. He responds that "It was so nice talking to you I thought I'd see how old you were & Where Your from" HA!
I then told him happy holidays an repeated what I had said above an hung up. We'll see if this works. I wonder how far he would've gone with the personal information questions, had I given him my "FAKE" DOB. Sorry for the long review*****
