Man with accent originally phoned from 309-393-6209, claiming to be from the US Postal Service.  He wanted to speak with a particular employee to confirm his address for a package delivery.  I said that person wasn't at this location and refused to provide any further data (been getting calls like this all week).  He persisted, however, so I transferred him to an extension with a recording that voicemail isn't working.  A few minutes later, this number appeared on Caller ID.  It was Mr. Pesky again, wanting to know why his call didn't go through.  I sent him to Purchasing this time, and he didn't return.
