Received a call today from 305-355-1780 which is a number in Miami, Florida. In my Uverse call list, it shows the call as coming from Jackson Memorial Hospital which is in Miami; however, I have never been to this hospital or had any dealings with them. I called the number back and it just rang and rang and was never answered. I find this call suspicious because at the very same time I received a call from 510-355-1780 which is Portfolio Recovery, a debt collection agency. I think this is too much of a coincidence but how could they possibly have their number come through as belonging to a hospital? If so, is this legal?
