I am concerned that they had my social security number. I have never a pay day loan. They said I have received electronic checks over a year ago. So do I need to report to the attorney general?
They called me today threatening me they were pressing charges against me by 5. I did not bother to find out what debt they were trying to collect since I am certain I have no debts outstanding. Reporting them to the Attorney General today.
Have called me consistently every day for 2 weeks, several times a day. I am going to be arrested, want my attorney of record's name, threat, threat, threat. Gave me an e-mail address that I no longer have and haven't had for years. SICK of these scammers. I hung up!
Some guy keeps calling saying I'm being sued and to have my attorney contact them. If I don't "good luck". This number keeps calling at least once a day leaving messages (I don't bother to answer anymore). There is no point to argue back cause they'll keep calling or find a different number to use. It's a scam! I'm so over them calling so now I guess the only option I have is to block the numbers of the scam artists.
