I also got a call from them saying that I had not paid for a pay day loan and they were going to have me put in jail. I knew that this was not correct so I hung up on them. I then called the number back, then hung up when someone answered. A few minutes later they called me again and ask me what I wanted. I told them that I wanted to know who they were. I ask them where they were and they told me that they were in Miami, I told them that they didn't sound american. They told me don't call back and that they would have me arrested monday. I told them don't call me back either.
I dont know if this is the number they call me at but i have been recieving harrassing phone calls from them asking for me and first off they cant even get my name right they keep saying Catalyn, they give the usual speech of this call is being recorded and monitored blah blah blah and then they ask me to confirm the last digits of my SS number, which i will never do over the phone or online, i ask them what its about but they wont tell me unless i give my SS number :/ they are persistant they call alot every month depsite me telling them not to, a few minutes ago they called asked the same info and when i told them to stop calling she said "well i'll take your number off the call list, but thats not gonna make the problem go away!" WHAT PROBLEM????!!! they call out of the blue ask you for personal info but dont tell you what its about and im supposed to trust them pffffttt hell no!!!
FALSE! THEY SAID THEY R COMING TO ARREST ME! HANG UP THE PHONE. THEY ARE SCAMMING, BESIDES, IF YOU ARE BEING SUED, YOU WILL KNOW THROUGH MAIL OR BEING SERVED. YOU JUST DONT GO TO JAIL.
