Received a phone call about lowering credit interest rates. Definitely a scam--we don't have credit cards with balances. We are on the do not call list. Caller used vulgar language and was rude. When asked for his company name, his name, supervisor name, and phone number he provided falsified information.
Turn this suspect into the federal laws for this, because contacting customers like that on thanksgiving just to be rude and use vulgar language is very illegal. Whoever is being responsible for that illegal robocall especially on thanksgiving along with being rude and using vulgar language should be in trouble for these unnecessary problems they're causing to us for no reason!
