If the card service scammers call again, don't bother to go to the trouble of changing your credit cards. They do not have our card numbers, unless they fool us into giving them the numbers. They might be an annoyance, but can do us no harm, including cancelling our cards, unless we are tricked into sharing our personal information with them. The sole purpose of their calls is to, one way or another, get our card numbers so they can cheat us!
Thanks John S. he said he had the card numbers....he actually told me the first 2 numbers on one of my cards....so to be safe it was easier for me to change them...he knew when and what my last payments were.....kind of scary!!
The card service lowlifes try to fool us into thinking they already have our card numbers. Most cardholders have a Visa, Master Card, or Discover. Each of these have their own identical first 4 digits on all cards, so they can sometimes fool people this way, into thinking they have the complete number.
We BOTH had to learn about these disgusting card service scammers, who try to take advantage of mainly the low income, and the elderly. Now that we, and others are aware of them, the need is to pass on the word about these lowlifes to others, before they are taken advantage of. Many of those cheated, possibly due to financial considerations, do not have caller id or the internet to protect themselves. You and I will not fall for their scam, but there are so many others who are vulnerable.THANKS!
