Have gotten a number of calls. A female recorded voice said it was about my credit card. I knew I didn't have a card with them so then the voice said I could hit 9 to talk to somebody I did. I got a male on the line and said they were calling a business line. I don't have a CC with them. Remove me from my list.
The person then started to ask for my name. I started to get a little upset and said the law required them to remove me from their list if I asked.
The individual told me it wasn't nice to speak to them in this manner and hung up on me.
Received a call and the caller did not leave a msg. Googled it and came up with wireless Miami number. Caller ID came up as Florida. I called back and received two beeps and then a rapid busy signal.
Received call at 11:30 a.m. today. Caller ID said Florida. Thought it might be an elderly relative and picked up. Normally if I do not recognize phone number I never pick up. Recorded female voice told me she was Lisa and she was calling about my credit card. If I pushed ...at which point I hung up.
Reported to the National Do Not Call List which probably does nothing but make the complainant feel that they are doing something helpful.
I will block this number.
