Who called from 3053688835

Spoofed caller ID.  Attempted callback leads to error tone and fast busy.  Pretends to come from Florida.

Yeah they were offering to lower credit cards to 6% but would not give any creditable info what so ever and just want my personal info what is this about?

It is wise to block, or not answer ALL calls from the 305 area code-- the code of scammers!

Same as "Concerned"... Caller ID just said "FLORIDA". Press "9" to speak to a live person... who hung up when I asked about them.

Same story this morning around 09:30 AM. The FTC will not take any action without a "significant" number of complaints. They will not say what makes a "significant" number of complaints. I suggest you do the following:

(1) file a complaint at
https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2

(2) email or snailmail you congress-persons (Representatives and Senators) about the FTC's failure to enforce the Do-Not-Call list. Mention Donald S. Clark, Secretary of the Commission. This is the guy whose name appears on correspondence claiming they don't have enough complaints. (If you have a Republican, forget this step, their not interested in our problems or interested in accomplishing anything useful).

(3) call the FTC, Donald S. Clark, Secretary of the Commission at 1-202-326-2514.
