Who called from 3053688841

Got a call from someone (not Rachael but the same thing) about credit cards.  Scam.  Caller ID only showed "Florida"

First time for this number.  Another Rachael type scam to get your information.  It seems like when one is closed down several new ones pop up.

How can we stop these call?  There's a law for everything.

I received a call from this number moments ago. I asked the Indian/ Pakistani fellow if he knew the last four digits of the credit card he was asking about. He said yes, I asked him to confirm the numbers before we continue. He hung up. When I attempted to call back I was not connected with anyone, it made a noise and and something like a busy signal.
