Got a computer message about lowering my credit card rate, pressed the number to talk to someone to tell them to put me on their do not call list and was told that I would not be placed on their do not call list and was threatened with bodily harm.

They call and hang up without speaking. My solution - I have caller ID and I don't answer calls unless I know the number.
