maby crooks calling to see if any one home so they could burgulerize your house.

I get calls from them often, about a credit card percentage rate. I ask them everytime to put me on the do not call list and they just hang up.

No answer when I picked up phone and said, "Hello."

Call.  Leave no message.  I'm on the National DNC list.  What do I do now?
Caller ID jiust says "Cell Phone FL"

Called and left no message. I blocked the number after reading other posts.  I am also on the do not call list.
