Keep up the awesome work you have really saved people from paying these people getting these creeps where it hurts...their wallets. I appreciate your posts letting people know about this scam.
I received a call this morning from a guy with a heavy accent telling me or my attorney to call him back. He said that there was a file with my name on it and needed to resolve the issue before the case went to court. I have no clue to how he got my name and number but I wish he would not call again! I am 4 months pregnant and don't need to be stressed out by some loser who can't get a real job! Can't these people be stopped? And how?
Well I know now they are a jerks with nothing better to do. I had my husband call and ask for "Shane" the guy who was calling. Some guy named "Joey" answered the phone and wouldn't give "Shane" the phone. He asked for my husbands phone number and of course my husband wouldn't give it to him. He told my husband if he received a call that he had a lawsuit against him and he would need to pay $500 immediately or he would arrested. When my husband would not give any information the guy begin cursing and called him names. And once my husband told him that he was sending the police the guy hung up! So people please be aware of these low life jerks!!!
When you say "took me to court," do you mean they picked you up and drove you there? Like Enterprise? I also tried to "heard them" but that garbled & ridiculous sounding accent made it impossible to understand one word what the [***] on the phone was attempting to say. It's quite comical though that these terrorist deuchebags try to act tough on the phone while sounding like a pissed off Apoo from the Simpsons.
