My cell identifies me as Ken on my answering message. Message was "hello Ken, My name is Tom Gates calling from the shipping department of United Care. I have a package ready to ship to you. Please call me at 305-395-3113. Again my name is Tom Gates." I called the number, smelling a big fat rat, and got an answering machine for a "Carol Williams", not a shipping department. Hmmm?
Don't know anything else, but sounds like a fishing expedition. May call again until I get this Tom Gates person (if existing) but I'll try to toy with him a bit. If I find anything suspicious, will report here.
