These freaking card thieves steal card numbers to purchase items. I think either the bank customer or the vendor loose the money. They are based in Florida, and they have been operating from a Miami address for quite a while without anyone stopping them. I'd say they should be exposed to physical pain, for the inconvenience they are causing us!
