This guy Troy keeps calling me saying they are going to arrest me within 48 hours and hold me in jail and I would have to pay $18, 000.00 to them if I didn't pay them $856.00 now. They keep calling me and my work place threating me if I don't pay now
Just got a message and talked them told them my attorney would call on Monday, said it was to late and I was going to arrested tomorrow morning by 11am. I told them ok I will be waiting and he hung up on me.
These people called me and was telling me of a debt that I owed. They claimed to be from The Law Firm. They told me how much I owed and it needed to be paid immediatly or they were going to call the law to come and arrest me. I got very upset over this and came up with the money and paid it. Two days later they called again and told me of another debt that I owed and I couldnt pay because I gave them all I had the first time. Then I found out this was a scam which made me very angry because they got $1100 of my hard earned money. I have 4 kids and its tough as it is. I hope these people get caught and arrested for what they have done to me and my family. I dont think there is any way to get my money back.
This company claimed I owed them $8,000 and if I did not pay it by the end of the day I was going to be arrested by tomorrow. I called my police department and the one based out of Miami Florida where this company Anderson Law Firm supposedly was to find out I have no warrent and that this is not even a real business. They claimed I owed this money for a loan I got from USA Cash. I also called them and they have no record of me what so ever. The guy who called said his name was Justin Murphy.
I TO GOT A CALL TODAY FROM THIS NUMBER SAYING HIS NAME WAS SHAWN WILLIAMS AND HE WAS FROM A LAW FIRM CALLED WALTON AND LEGAL ASSOCIATES AND HE SWITCHED ME OVER TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHO SAID HE WAS A PARALEGAL AND HIS NAME WAS PAUL SMITH HE TOLD ME THAT IF I DIDNT MAKE THE PAYMENT OF 786.00 THAT I WILL BE ARRESTED BY FRIDAY MORNING FROM MY HOME OR EITHER MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT.
